Page Refresh: Sometimes it can happen that our AI experiences some sort of issue in the middle of generating the idea, but no problem. Please try refreshing your browser and see if your shot list has been generated. It also helps to press the "Generate Shotlist" button again to continue the generation.
PDF Check: Review your PDF for any uncommon characters or strange formatting. Things like revision asterisks, version numbers, watermarks, or even page numbers can confuse the AI and cause the process to abort. Keep your PDF clean and free from such distractions.
Technical Support: If you've ensured your script or concept meets the standards and the shot list still aborts, reach out to our support team. You can send your PDF or FDX/Fountain-file to our technical team for a thorough review. If any errors are detected, we'll send the file back to you for another upload attempt.
Rest assured, once you've archived or deleted the non-working projects, we'll reset your project count so you don't lose any slots.
