This usually happens if you leave the browser while the project is still being created. Please stay on the page during this process, otherwise the generation of the scene breakdown, shot list, and storyboard may stop.
If it takes longer than 5 minutes, you can leave and come back to check whether any content has been generated in the shot list or storyboard sections. If nothing appears, it’s best to delete the project and start again.
Rest assured, if no images were created in the storyboard, this does not count towards your project slots. If, for some reason it did, once you've archived or deleted the non-working projects, we'll reset your project count so you don't lose any slots.
